L'association Gustamondo vient en aide aux migrants par les biais de la cuisine 22 juillet 2017 : Le projet de l'association Gustamondo est de développer une cuisine ethnique préparée par des migrants, encadrés par des organisations à but non lucratif et reconnues d'utilité sociale. Ce soir, trois chefs originaires de différents pays d'Afrique, Christopher, Nigerian, Ramadan Mussa, Ethiopien et Mohamed, Somalien, préparent un menu suivant les traditions culinaires de chacun, dans le restaurant Gustamondo. Ils seront assistés par le Centre Baobab de Rome qui soutient les migrants en transit. Cette initiatice vise à favoriser l'intégration des migrants, leur offrir des perspectives d'emploi, dispenser une formation tout en permettant de récolter des fonds afin de distribuer de l'eau à ceux qui sont sans abris et totalement démunis. A la fin du repas, les trois chefs sont présentés à tous dans le restaurant Gustamondo. Rome, Italie. July 22, 2017: The Gustamundo association promotes ethnic cooking dinners prepared by migrants assisted by various onlus associations. This evening three chefs from various African countries, Christopher from Nigeria, Ramadan Mussa from Ethiopia and Mohamed from Somalia, will prepare a menu of their own culinary culture and will be assisted by the Baobab Center in Rome. The initiative is designed to foster integration, offer employment opportunities and training to migrants and get dinner to buy water for the the 150 people who live without shelter and without anything. The three chefs are presented to the participants at the end of the dinner at the Gustamundo restaurant in Rome, Italy.
